Meditation & Yoga

Meditation is a Calmness,Positivity & Focus learn how to live your best life. Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizingsystem of development for the body, mind and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

Flexibility

Defined as the range of motion of your joints or the ability of your joints to move freely. It also refers to the mobility of your muscles,which allows for more movement around the joints.

Fitness

Physical filtness is a general state of health and well-being and more specifically the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations, Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct Nutrition, Moderate vigorous, Physical exercise, Physical activity and sufficient rest.

ABOUT TAE KWON DO

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind.

Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics.
